TechCrunch added six small-group roundtables to the Founder Summit 2026 agenda. The sessions will take place on November 4 at SoWa Power Station in Boston. Organizers designed the format to allow participants to discuss specific operational challenges with experts and peers.
Attendees will bring their own questions to the roundtables. The topics range from enterprise sales and vertical strategy to artificial intelligence and lean team management. One session focuses on creating new market categories that do not yet exist.
Alexandra Ames of Blueprint Lab leads the first session at 10:45 a.m. She will discuss how early-stage companies can use events strategically before hiring a full-time events team. The conversation will cover selecting opportunities and defining success with limited resources.
Two sessions run concurrently at 11:30 a.m. Chirag Shah of Define Ventures will address the challenges of entering regulated industries with complex buyers. Shishir Tewari of Procore Technologies will examine how knowledge graphs and GraphRAG improve AI reliability in real-world organizations.
Merve Kitapci of ADIN.AI begins the afternoon at 1:15 p.m. She will discuss winning major enterprise customers early, citing her experience closing L'Oreal and Vodafone before a Series A. Andy Tang of Draper Associates follows at 1:55 p.m. to help founders explain products that do not fit established categories.
Linden Tibbets of IFTTT leads the final roundtable at 2:35 p.m. He will explore how smaller teams can use AI to increase output without adding headcount. The session will cover hiring, efficiency, and structuring AI-enabled companies.
The roundtables complement the main program on the Build and Impact Stages. Those sessions cover product-market fit, fundraising, and scaling companies outside the Bay Area. Toast co-founder Steve Fredette will share founder perspectives, and attendees will pitch in a live competition called So You Think You Can Pitch? A Networking Lounge with Braindate and a closing reception presented by Fidelity Private Shares will provide additional connection opportunities. TechCrunch is offering 25% off tickets and a buy-one-get-one deal for a limited time.
