TechCrunch has finalized the speaker lineup for the Founder Summit 2026, which will take place on November 4 at the SoWa Power Station in Boston. The full-day event is hosted with Fidelity Private Shares and gathers founders, investors, and operators to address strategic decisions made before companies have all the necessary data.

The agenda extends beyond fundraising and artificial intelligence to include sessions on customer acquisition, team construction, pitch refinement, and founder leadership. A central theme of the program is the balance between rapid expansion and deliberate restraint. Kent Bennett, a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, will lead a session titled "Finding Product Market Fit Before You Scale." This talk will examine the specific signals founders should identify before increasing headcount or accelerating go-to-market efforts. Rudina Seseri, founder and managing partner of Glasswing Ventures, will address "When to Scale and When to Hit the Brakes," exploring how to distinguish between moments for acceleration and those requiring caution.

Steve Fredette, president and co-founder of Toast, is scheduled to appear on the Impact Stage for a discussion on "Building a Company That Keeps Reinventing Itself." The session will analyze how a business evolves as market conditions shift while maintaining its core identity. Lior Div, CEO of 7AI, will present "Built for AI From Day One," contrasting the integration of AI into existing processes with the development of companies structured entirely around the technology.

The program also highlights the local Boston ecosystem. Chase Garbarino, CEO of HqO, will discuss "The Boston Founder Playbook," focusing on talent, capital, and community outside the Bay Area. Together with the Toast session, these talks emphasize building ambitious companies in Boston without replicating Silicon Valley models. Dave Balter, a venture partner at True Ventures and CEO of Edisyl, will lead a session on pitching, followed by a live presentation event called "So You Think You Can Pitch?" where founders present to a panel including Chirag Shah of Define Ventures and Simran Suri of Maveron.

Additional speakers include Hunter Worland of NEA on distribution as a competitive advantage, Vineet Edupuganti of Cogent Security on building high-performing teams, and Tina Tosukhowong of TDK Ventures on identifying category winners. Fidelity Private Shares will contribute sessions on fundraising trends and enterprise relationships. The day concludes with roundtables, networking, and a reception.

TechCrunch is currently offering a 25% discount and a buy-one-get-one deal for event registrations ahead of the November 4 date.
