The Class 6A football regular season in Minnesota concluded Friday night with decisive outcomes across the East Metro.

Roseville defeated Coon Rapids 24-14 to claim the Metro Maroon subdistrict title. The Raiders finished the season 4-4, marking their best record since 2017. Senior quarterback Chase Browning passed for 162 yards and three touchdowns. Browning described the victory as an amazing feeling that finally reflected the team's hard work.

In the north metro, Centennial defeated Anoka 38-6. The result likely guarantees the Cougars a No. 3 seed in the Class 6A playoffs. Anoka allowed only six points, a single-digit total for the team for the first time this season.

Mounds View secured the Metro East subdistrict title with a 22-16 win over White Bear Lake. The Mustangs trailed by two points with 65 seconds remaining. Quarterback Tanner Jude scored on a one-yard run, and a successful two-point conversion extended the lead to six points. Preston Johnson intercepted a pass on the following possession to end the game. The Mounds View defense limited White Bear Lake quarterback Wyatt Stachowiak to six completions on 24 attempts.

East Ridge beat Woodbury 42-31 to close the regular season. Logan Tretter ran for two touchdowns, while Elias Mather returned an interception for a late score. Forest Lake running back Mack Jurkovich rushed for 245 yards and two touchdowns in a 31-13 victory over Stillwater. The win locked up a No. 2 playoff seed for the Rangers. Jurkovich, who has committed to St. Thomas, finished the season with 1,600 rushing yards.

Park defeated Eastview 18-10 behind a strong performance from junior receiver Manny Vargas. Vargas caught a touchdown pass and returned a punt 75 yards for another score. Lakeville South completed the night with a dramatic 17-14 upset of Rosemount. Sophomore kicker Dylan Nelson kicked a 36-yard field goal with one second left in the game. The result complicates the seeding picture for the south metro in the upcoming playoffs.
